Text-to-Give Donation Reports

Text-to-Give and online donations can be included in several ClickBid reports, making it easy to track donations alongside your event activity. By setting a reporting date range, you can control which donations appear in your reports.

⚙️ Set Your Donation Reporting Date Range

To filter which Text-to-Give and online donations appear in reports:

  1. Go to Donations/Text-to-Give.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Enter a Reporting Start Date.
  4. Enter a Reporting End Date.
  5. Save your changes.
  • The selected date range determines which donations are included in applicable reports.
  • If you leave both date fields blank, reports will include all donations listed under Donations/Text-to-Give > Manage Donations.

The reporting date range only affects which donations appear in reports. It does not delete or modify any donation records.

📊 Reports That Include Text-to-Give Donations

The following reports automatically include eligible Text-to-Give and online donations:

  • Event Sales
  • Post Event Report
  • Auction Overview
  • Non Silent Items

📈 Dashboard Donation Totals

The Dashboard > In Event section also includes Text-to-Give and online donations.

  • The Donations total includes all qualifying Text-to-Give and online donations.
  • The TTG section displays only the donation amount.
  • Credit card processing fees are not included in the donation amount shown in the TTG section.

If your donation totals don't match what you expect, verify that your Reporting Start Date and Reporting End Date are set correctly.

Leaving the reporting date fields blank will include all donations from Manage Donations, which may affect totals if you're trying to report on a specific timeframe.
