🚫 Prevent Overselling
To control when a ticket becomes unavailable:

Go to Event Tickets > Modify Tickets.
-
Select your ticket.
-
Under Quantity, enter your maximum availability.
-
Once that number is reached, ClickBid will auto-mark it as Sold Out.
⚠️ Warning: Don’t forget to set quantities correctly. Overselling can create confusion for guests at check-in!
