Where Your Event Logo Appears

Your Event logo under Software Settings > Event Settings > Logo is used throughout ClickBid to help create a consistent, professional experience for your bidders and guests. Once uploaded, the logo can automatically appear across your event pages, emails, receipts, and printed materials depending on your event settings.

⚙️ Logo Locations in Admin Pages

Your event logo is visible in several areas within the ClickBid admin portal.

  • The Event Settings page displays your current logo in the Current Logo preview.
  • The Leaderboard displays your logo only if no sponsor logos have been added.
  • Display Cards include your logo as the footer image on all printed layouts when the Footer Logo setting is enabled.

The Leaderboard automatically prioritizes sponsor logos. If sponsor logos are present, your event logo will not appear on the leaderboard.

🎟️ Logo Locations in the Bidder Experience

Your event logo helps reinforce your branding throughout the bidder-facing event pages.

  • The logo appears at the top of the side navigation menu on every page of the bid app.
  • The Donate Item page displays your logo in the page header.
  • The Ticket Page displays your logo when the Show Logo setting is set to Yes.
  • The Ticket Checkout page (including invoice registrations) follows the same Show Logo setting.
  • The Ticket Confirmation page also follows the same Show Logo setting.
  • If your event logo is not available, social media link previews automatically use your event's Hero Background image instead.

Enable the Show Logo setting on your ticket form if you want your organization’s branding to appear throughout the ticket purchasing experience.

✉️ Logo Locations in Emails, Receipts, and PDFs

Your event logo is automatically included in many attendee communications and printable documents.

  • All event emails sent using the Mail Layout include your logo in the email header.
  • Printed and browser versions of Receipts and Statements display your logo in the document header.
  • Emailed Receipts, Statements, and Guest Update Link emails include your event logo.
  • Checkout Receipt and Statement emails display the logo in the top-right corner of the email.
  • Ticket Purchase and Invoice emails display the logo centered at the top of the email body.

If no event logo has been uploaded, some pages and emails may display without branding, and social media previews will use the Hero Background image instead.

✅ Best Practices

  • Upload a high-quality version of your organization's logo for the best appearance across web pages, emails, and printed materials.
  • Review your Ticket Form settings to ensure Show Logo is enabled if you want your logo displayed during ticket purchases.
  • Preview your event pages and emails before launching your event to confirm your branding appears as expected.
