Ensure a user account has been created under Software Settings > Users with Butler Permissions and a password has been setup.

User will receive an email notification asking them to set up a password.

Navigate to cbo.io/butler

Enter the Email and Password associated with the user profile.

Click Login
-
Select an Event via dropdown.

Click Go To Event.

You will then see the Butler homepage to begin check-in, check-out, adding live winning bidders, adding donations, or concerige bidding.
