Instead of a freeform chat, it presents you with a curated list of specific insights you can request on demand, each one powered by your real event data. ℹ️ AuctionGPT Insights is currently in Beta. The insights available may grow and change over time as the feature develops. --- #### 📍 Where to Find AuctionGPT Insights AuctionGPT Insights lives on your **Home** dashboard, the first page you see when you log in to your ClickBid admin. Look for the **AuctionGPT Insights** card in the dashboard grid. Click any insight to request it. **Analyze my Auction Item Preparation**: reviews your item catalog for readiness and gaps. Good to run before your auction opens to make sure everything is in order. **Evaluate my Ticket Page Setup**: assesses your ticket types, pricing, and page configuration to make sure your ticket page is set up for success. **Review my Landing Page**: provides feedback on your event landing page content and layout. **Assess my Event Night Risks**:  surfaces potential issues to resolve before event night so you are not caught off guard. **Generate my Post-Event Analysis**: delivers a summary of your event results, revenue, and highlights after your event is complete. --- #### 🚀 How to Request an Insight 1. Log in to your ClickBid admin and go to your **Welcome** dashboard. 2. Locate the **AuctionGPT Insights** card. 3. Click the insight you want to request. 4. Analyze my Auction Item Preparation field populates requesting an email address of where to send the results. 5. Confirm your request by clicking the **Email me the results** button. Your insight will be generated using your event's data and delivered to you by email. The responses are tailored specifically to your event, not generic advice. --- #### 💡 Tips for Getting the Most Out of Insights Running **Analyze my Auction Item Preparation** and **Assess my Event Night Risks** a week or two before your event gives you time to actually act on any findings. **Evaluate my Ticket Page Setup** is most useful once your tickets are built but before you start promoting the page. **Generate my Post-Event Analysis** is best run after checkout is complete so it captures your full event results. --- #### ❓ Frequently Asked Questions **Why don't I see my insight right away?** Insights are delivered by email rather than displayed on the page. Check the inbox associated with your ClickBid account after submitting your request. **Can I request the same insight more than once?** Yes. You can run any insight at any time, so you can request the same one multiple times as your event data changes. **Can I type my own question?** AuctionGPT Insights uses a curated list of pre-defined insights rather than a freeform chat. This approach ensures each response is accurate, consistent, and based on the right data for that question. **What data does it use?** Each insight pulls from your specific event data, such as your items, bidder count, ticket page, and landing page, along with benchmark data to provide context and comparison. -
