Learn how to correctly name image files, arrange image order, and optimize sizing for the best display on your bidding site. ### 🖼️ How to Upload Images Individually This method works best when uploading images for just a few items or when you want full control over the images and their order. 1. Go to **Items \> Manage Items**. 2. Select the **Image Details** tab within the item. 4. Click **Upload** to add images from your computer. - You can upload up to **10 images per item**. - The **first image** in the row becomes the **primary preview image** displayed on the bidding site. 5. To change the image order: - Click and drag images into your preferred order. - After arranging them, click **Save Order** to apply your changes. ![](https://support.cbo.io/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-21-2026-04-05-15-0523-PM.png?width=670&height=608&name=image-png-Sep-21-2026-04-05-15-0523-PM.png) ⚠️Images associated with **deleted items** are also deleted and cannot be recovered later. #### 📏 Best Image Size for ClickBid For best results, use images sized at **1080 pixels by 780 pixels**. This ensures your images look sharp and consistent across the mobile bidding site. The key thing to keep in mind is the **aspect ratio**. Images that are close to a **1.5 ratio** will fill the entire image card. If an image is closer to a 1.33 ratio, it will not stretch across the full width of the card. If the image ratio is not 1.5 the we fill in the space with a lighter mirror image of the original image so its not all white space. Items must be added to Manage Items before images can be loaded on this page. 1. Go to **Items \> Manage Item Images**. 2. Scroll to the **Upload Item Images** section near the bottom of the page. 3. Click or drag-and-drop your files into the uploader. ##### ✅ Important Mass Upload Guidelines: - **File Names Must Start with the Item Number:** The system uses the file name to match the image with the correct item. Example: - Image for **Item #100** → File name: `100.jpg` - Multiple images for the same item:  - 100-1.jpg - 100-2.jpg - 100-3.jpg - This page will show all the images for each item. You will be able to do most things with these images. However, to place them in a specific order, visit **Manage Items** and edit the specific item. Items will display in the order in which they load. When multiple images are used, larger images may take longer to load than smaller ones, which can affect the display order. To set a specific order, go to **Manage Items \> Edit Item \> Image Details**, then drag and drop the images into your desired order and click **Save Order**. - **You Can Upload Multiple Images for Multiple Items at Once:** Just make sure each file is correctly named according to the rules above. - **Avoid Special Characters:** Stick to **numbers, letters, and dashes (-)** in file names to prevent upload errors. **Images Only Attach to Existing Items:** Items must already exist in your admin for the images to upload correctly.
