ClickBid allows you to easily merge these duplicate bidder profiles into one clean record, keeping your data accurate and your reporting tidy. --- ### ⚙️ How to Merge Two Bidders 1. Go to **Bidders \> Manage Bidders** in your admin menu. 2. Check the boxes next to the two bidder records you want to merge. 3. Click **Confirm Merge** to finalize the action. 7. Your newly merged bidder will now appear in the list. --- ### ⚠️ Important Notes - #### **Merges are permanent. Once confirmed, they cannot be undone.** - **Bidders are not notified when their records are merged.** If appropriate, you may want to personally notify the bidders. #### Double-check all information before confirming the merge as the merge cannot be undone. -
