🛒 How to Renew or Upgrade Your ClickBid License
Need to renew or upgrade your license? It’s quick and easy to do right from your Organization page in the admin. Whether you’re planning ahead for another year or adding more features, this guide will walk you through every step.
⚙️ Start in the Account Tab

Go to the Organization page in your admin.

Click on the Account tab.

You’ll need the right User Organization Permissions to complete a renewal or upgrade.

Only users with the proper permissions can see and interact with the Account tab.
🔁 Choose to Renew or Upgrade

Under License Options, choose the type of action:

Renew your existing license
-
Upgrade to a new license level
- Add a Dedicated Customer Advisor if extra help is needed

Purchasing DCA (Dedicated Customer Advisor) hours is a great option if you’d like additional support and training from your Account Manager on an hourly basis as you prepare for your upcoming events.
All license types include one onboarding meeting (90 minutes for new clients and 60 minutes for renewals), along with pre-event walkthroughs and day-of-event phone support.

From the dropdown, choose the Renewal License type you'd like to purchase.
💳 Enter Payment Information
Credit Card Payment

Check the box I'd like to pay by credit card.

Choose an existing card on file or enter new card details.

How to Request an Invoice Instead of Paying by Credit Card
If your sales code allows invoicing and you need to receive an invoice rather than pay by credit card, follow the steps below.
Steps

During checkout, do not check the box labeled “I’d like to pay by credit card.”

Click Continue.

A confirmation pop-up will appear that says:
Invoice
You are about to send an invoice for $1,495.00. Do you want to continue? -
Select Continue to proceed, or Cancel if you need to make changes.
🗒️If you need an invoice and are unable to create one on your own, please reach out to your Account Manager for assistance.
✅ Confirm and Complete Your Purchase

Click the 'Continue' button
- A box will display letting you know how much will be charged to your card if you want to process payment click 'Continue' otherwise click 'Cancel'

Your license update will be completed.

A receipt or invoice will be emailed and available under the Receipts/Invoices tab.
