🎟️ How to Print or Resend a Ticket Receipt in ClickBid

Need to resend a ticket receipt or provide a printed copy to a guest? Follow these quick steps to access and send ticket receipts through your ClickBid admin portal.

🧭 Step-by-Step Instructions

Tip: Use this tool during check-in to quickly assist guests who’ve lost or never received their original email receipt!

  1. Click on Event Tickets in the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Click on View Ticket Sales to open your list of ticket buyers.

  3. Find the buyer you need, then click the blue dropdown arrow (▾) next to their name to expand their ticket details.

  4. You’ll now see two key actions available:

    • 🖨️ Print a Receipt
      Click Print Receipt to generate a printable copy for the purchaser.

    • 📧 Resend an Email Receipt
      Click the mail icon ✉️ to resend the emailed receipt to the original email address.



Always confirm the guest’s email address before resending a receipt to avoid confusion or misdelivery.

This feature is only available for guests who have already completed a ticket purchase through your ClickBid ticketing page.
