ClickBid’s **Butler** tool allows you to quickly and accurately record these gifts, even in real-time, to keep your totals up to date. --- #### **⚙️ Accessing the Appeal Area in Butler** 1. Go to [https://cbo.io/butler](https://cbo.io/butler). 2. Navigate to the **Appeal** tab in the left-hand menu. 3. Press **Enter**, **Spacebar**, or click **Save** to record each donation. - - Donations will appear in the list immediately after saving. - Each denomination amount corresponds to a donation level (e.g., $1,000, $500). --- #### **🚫 Missed a Bidder? Click directly on the donation entry. 2.
