When integrated with ClickBid, 360MatchPro (Double the Donation’s automated platform) can track matches, automate follow-ups, and increase overall gift revenue, all with minimal effort from your team. --- ### ⚙️ How to Set Up the Integration 1. #### Go to **Integrations \> Dashboard** in your admin. 2. #### Find the **Double the Donation 360MatchPro** card and click **Connect**. ![Screenshot 2026-02-04 160255](https://support.cbo.io/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-02-04%20160255.png?width=670&height=267&name=Screenshot%202026-02-04%20160255.png) 3. #### Enter your **Public Key** and **Private Key** when prompted. 4. #### Don’t have an account yet? No, your account comes directly from Double the Donation. If you don't have one yet, click **"Click here to get in touch with Double the Donation"** on the integration card in your ClickBid admin and fill out the form to request access. Once your 360MatchPro account is active, you'll find your **Public Key** and **Private Key** in your 360MatchPro account under **Settings \> API Keys**. Those are the two values ClickBid asks for when you connect. ### Who do I pay for Double the Donation? You pay Double the Donation directly for whichever plan you choose. ClickBid does not bill for or collect any Double the Donation fees, and your ClickBid subscription is not affected. For pricing details and plan options, reach out to the Double the Donation team. ### Where do the matching gift funds go? Will they show up with my ClickBid payments? This is a common question! Matching gift funds do **not** come through ClickBid. Here's how the money flows: - Your donor's **original gift** processes through ClickBid and deposits to your bank account with the rest of your credit card payments, just like always. - The **matching gift** is a separate second donation that comes from the donor's employer after the match request is approved. Companies typically send these funds directly to your organization by check, electronic transfer, or through their corporate giving platform, often several weeks after the original gift. Double the Donation never handles money. Its job is to help donors discover their eligibility, guide them through their employer's request process, and track the status of each match so you know what's coming. ### How long does it take to get set up? The ClickBid side takes just a few minutes: connect the integration card, enter your keys, and turn on **Show Double the Donation at bidder checkout** under **Software Settings \> Auction Settings \> Payment**. But your Double the Donation needs to be set up first.  The Double the Donation side depends on their signup process, since your account needs to be created and activated before your keys are available. If you're planning to use matching gifts for an upcoming event, we recommend reaching out to Double the Donation early so your account is ready well before event day. ### Does this work for all transactions in ClickBid? The integration works for **donations only**. It does not apply to ticket purchases or other transaction types. ### Is my donors' payment information shared with Double the Donation? No. Donor credit card information is never shared with Double the Donation. Only matching eligibility information is passed along. ### Who do I contact for help?
