📱 Using QR Codes in ClickBid

QR codes are a simple way to connect guests with your event pages, like your landing page, donation form, and ticketing page, with just a quick scan from their phone. This guide shows you where to find and use each one.

⚠️ Upcoming Texting Number Change

⚠️ Warning: Starting January 14, 2025 ClickBid's texting number will change from 56651 to 855-800-4975. This affects:

  • Text to Give

  • Text to Register

  • One-Time Login Codes

  • 2-Factor Authentication Codes

  • Outbid Notices

🎟️ Landing Page QR Code

To share a scannable link to your event’s Landing Page:

  1. Go to your admin Homepage.

  2. Under Important Links, click the link to generate your Landing Page QR Code.

  • This QR code brings guests straight to your public event page where they can learn more, donate, or buy tickets.

💡Tip:  You can download and print this QR code for marketing materials, flyers, or event signage.

💸 Online Donation QR Code

To quickly direct donors to your Text to Give page:

  1. Go to Donations/TTG> Settings

  2. Under Online Donations: Click to load your Donation Page QR Code

    🎫 Ticket Page QR Code

    To access the QR code for your event’s Ticket Page:

    1. Go to Event Tickets in the menu.

    2. Click Ticket Page Settings.

    3. Click the button at the top of the page (just under the blue bar) to load your Ticket Page QR Code.

    • This makes it easy for guests to buy tickets on their phones without needing to type in a URL.
